Salesforce Support  W/M

The location is flexible - the headquarters is in Bréal-Sous-Montfort (35) France

You integrate the IT department and you report directly to the Business Applications Manager.

You work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes.

You apply the Agile (Scrum) method and work in the following areas:

Mission

You manage the sales/suppliers’ principals, the Group processes and you ensure the roll-out of specific tools such as Salesforce and other tools such as: Qlik Sense, Pricing tool, Services in B2B and in other Business channels.

You support sales or suppliers’ processes improvements and automation in the CRM tools and you homogenize all the practices within the Solina Group.

You handle all basic administrative functions and maintain database for integrity and accuracy.

Responsibility
  • You set up user interface in Salesforce (adds / move a field, changes the screen organisation, create/improve workflow rules…).

  • You train key-users to enhance their autonomy and you contribute to user trainings and help them in their day to day demands. You ensure the deployment of the training tools.

  • You contribute to improve report (creating and sharing reports, designing dashboard, setting up campaign…)

  • You gather and follow the user business requirements (collecting & sorting demands, sharing the demands with the product owner to build functional specifications, testing the new functionalities, getting informed of current issues/bugs from help desk).

  • You manage users in Salesforce (create new users, give the salesforce profiles in accordance with group rules…).

  • You contribute to improve data quality in the system and you’re able to understand what to provide to load data respecting group rules and information system

Profile Required

Experience: 3+ years related experience with Salesforce, doing implementation, configuration, customization, reporting and troubleshooting production issues

  • Strong reporting background and utilizing of the Salesforce

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Knowledge of agile methodology and excellent project management skills

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

  • Curiosity, open-mindedness and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

  • Group focused and IT minded

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and leading projects

  • Fluent English is a must, other languages is a plus

  • Travelling is essential for your job (30% of the time)
